Beach Buggy Blitz is a 3-D racing game in which players have to drive their buggy on the beach, and even through Aztec ruins and beyond, in order to travel as far as possible.

As is common in arcade racing games, you have a limited time to get to the next checkpoint. If the countdown gets to 0 at any point in time, your car will stop accelerating and the race will be over.

Every time that you get to a new checkpoint, you will be able to move on to another zone. Even if you began your race on the beach, you could end up zipping through different towns and Aztec ruins that are full of bridges, waterfalls and other dangers.

You will also see other runners that you'll want to overtake along the way, as well as find coins scattered along the course. By collecting these coins, you can buy upgrades for your buggy, like better speed, response, etc.
